Before you pick a plan

What exactly counts against my plan's limits?

Leads stored, team members, messages sent through us in a billing period, and the number of flows, sites and forms you have built. Incoming messages are not metered — you are never billed for someone contacting you. The live count for your workspace is on the billing page, so nothing is a surprise.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. The feature that hit its cap stops accepting new items and the app tells you which limit it was, so you can upgrade or clear out what you no longer need. Existing conversations keep running.

Does Meta charge me separately for WhatsApp?

Yes, and everyone reselling the WhatsApp API pays it. Meta prices per 24-hour conversation, by country and category, and that cost is passed to you exactly as billed with no margin added. Service conversations a customer starts are currently free on Meta's side. Instagram, Messenger and email carry no per-message fee at all.

Can I change plan, and do I lose anything?

Change it whenever you like from Billing. An upgrade applies immediately and you are charged the prorated difference; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought. Your data is untouched either way.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. Monthly plans are monthly. Longer cycles are cheaper because paying up front is worth something to us, not because you are being locked in — and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than cutting off the period you have paid for.

What if I cancel — what happens to my data?

The workspace stays reachable until the end of the paid period, and leads export to CSV at any time before or after. Ask us to delete it and we will, within thirty days, along with the message history. The data deletion page in the footer sets out exactly how.

Do you offer anything for a business that is just starting?
